Matthias Pascal Blaul
CEO, Director & Chairman, Co-Founder
Matthias began his career while at university, teaching Mathematics and Physics at DEKRA Academy. In 1995, he established his first international business in the semiconductor sector, developing it into a renowned company in the field of memory chips trading in Germany. Simultaneously, in 1998, Matthias co-founded companies in the virtual reality sector, specializing in creating tools for virtual reality worlds, which achieved a valuation of $3.5 billion within 1.5 years. Transitioning into commodities trading, Matthias specialized in the gold business, focusing on a gold mine in Tanzania. He also contributed to quality management development according to DIN ISO standards for companies in Romania and the Maghreb region. Additionally, Matthias founded a construction company in Munich and created high-value investment structures and techniques. In the biotech sector, Matthias partnered and invested in companies to develop bacteria detection methods, vaccines, and COVID-19 antigen tests. Recently, he became a partner in companies based in New Zealand and Australia, leading the market in supplying test kits during the COVID-19 pandemic. Matthias also has interests in mining operations in Europe and Africa and is actively involved in M&A transactions in the technology sector. Beyond his professional endeavors, Matthias is dedicated to philanthropy. He has supported numerous charity events, including donations to schools in New Zealand, sports events, and significant art contributions

Gavin, an entrepreneur since 1991, has experience in real estate, finance, and farming. He worked with various banks, property development companies, and financial platforms. With expertise in market trends, he is now part of GCC Energy.
Aladin Ali el Batal
Chief operations officer
Aladin embarked on his professional journey following his education, commencing at Victoria College in Alexandria before pursuing studies in Kuwait and the USA. He entered the banking industry as a customer service executive at the esteemed CIB Bank in Egypt, a collaboration between the National Bank of Egypt and Chase Manhattan Bank. Subsequently, he broadened his expertise by working in a Spanish Asset Management Company, focusing on regulatory compliance with the FSA and client relations, before transitioning to another Spanish Asset Management Company as a Strategy Director.
Remaining in the Asset Management sector, Aladin assumed the role of Strategy Director in the UAE before returning to Egypt as Chief Operating Officer. With over 25 years of experience in strategic operations and compliance roles, he has recently taken on the position of Chief Operations Director at GCC, showcasing his wealth of expertise in the field.
